he beat groves EASILY and is better then groves obviously. for a contender he is ok, C/C+ fighter at best,, groves is a C-/D+ comparing them to elites in around weight classes like GGG and Ward. **** Chavez Jr if in ok shape destroys them and is way more skilled

    Degale is a good fighter.

    He was walking groves down.

Degale needs to fight a bute, or give glen johnson a call.

Then go after groves if groves gets them belts.

It was a legitimate defeat, but close and many were saying for a time he would get the best of a rematch. I doubt anyone still thinks so after last night. DeGale in his last several appearances did not look on the level of the man who bossed Froch around for 7 rounds.

Oh I did. You said Groves bossed Froch for 7 rounds - I'm saying so what? Fights don't end after 7 rounds. Who bossed 8 & 9?

Groves beat DeGale an has improved nicely since then. DeGale doesn't seem to have improved much. He's a decent fighter, is quite awkward and difficult to fight but he makes too many mistakes and is not top level at the moment imo.

Groves was a kid when Degale fought him, now Groves is a man he has improved a lot more than Degale has. Still would be a good rematch.
