    Holland is a good striker , fights long , is creative which is good and has a good chin . The bad is that he needlessly gets into exchanges where he tries to outgun his opponent. If he keeps the flashy stuff to a reasonable level and doesn't get into a big dog punch exchange he will one day fight for the belt .
