How Good is Mayweather's Chin?

To name just a few. First-ballot worthy entries on the Chin Checkers legends list, I'd hope.

 

Floyd Mayweather is the premier Iron chinned warrior in the sport today.

 

He has a good/solid chin but nowhere near great im not even sure you could say very good....

A great chin can take the punches that hurt Floyd like Mosley or the Chop Chop punches and not be visibly hurt or staggered but literaly take the punches and keep comming not needing recovery time....Margarito takes big shots after big shots but doesn't stagger after them but only keeps comming....Mosley had to land big shot after big shot and Margo only finaly reacted in a hurt manner after several back to back ones. Thats a great chin. Gatti...Ward...those are great chins....it takes multiple big shots to get them to show sings of being hurt or stagger.

Floyd has visibly been hurt from some big shots the ones Mosley landed and Chop Chop are testimony to Floyd's overall awareness, training, Boxing IQ and just flat out skill. He knows exactly what to do when he is hurt. I don't think you can make that a testiment to his chin because its his chin which got him in the trouble but its everything else which gets him out of trouble.
