Well, you gotta give some credit to Gomez for returning to action after a year out and stopping a guy who had never been stopped before.
He's alright. Good movement, quick both of hand and foot, reliable chin, excellent conditioning, good range of punches. If you watch him, he looks like a brilliant amateur who forgot to bring his head gear and vest to the ring. I don't mean that as a knock against him, he just never seemed to adapt his style to the pro game.
