How good or bad of a promoter is Frank Warren is?

He's past his prime but still in the game.

I'm from the UK.

Warren is not at the same level as Hearn's anymore, not even close.

Warren lacks the ability to give interviews and promote fights in a way that catches the imagination of not only boxing fans but the general public like Hearn's does so naturally.

Don King used to be a good promoter, so is Hearn's. I would not call Warren a good promoter. Just a normal boring one.
