He was indeed great, but always limited to the fact that he was Canadian. And he never reached the level of an Adonis Stevenson or Jean Pascal, the two best Canadian fighters. Against better judgment he stayed loyal to Canada when he could have moved a few miles south to Detroit or even philly and started a career there where he truly could have been tested and appreciated by fans
