Yeah, it would be a nightmare for George if he didn’t somehow manage a quick stoppage.

No, because Ruiz would fight back, not continuously clinch with little offence.

Getting bum rushed by a 260 pound man would be favorable to George’s fragile stamina?

I’d like to know what you’re smoking.

Because fighting slippery guys like Ali and Young is already going to take a lot out of you. Fighting outdoors in hot weather and getting countered takes a lot out of you. Missing or getting many of your power punches blocked is going to take a lot out of you.

    This isn't rocket science.

Any big puncher swinging for the fences for 12 rounds in hot humid weather is going to be exhausted. Everyone knows Foreman fought a dumb fight against those two and even he admits it. His problem wasn't stamina but his pacing and game plan.

Ruiz is a completely different fighter and would be wide open for Foreman's vicious body shots and uppercuts. Ruiz fights on the front foot and lets his hands go. Young, Ali, and Byrd fought on the backfoot and were safety first.

Aggressive fighters who are stronger than you tire you out.

Slippery guys who are smaller than you aren’t in the same ballpark.

Will someone here who boxes tell these guys how it works?

What makes you think Ruiz is stronger than Foreman?

260 pound tank compared to 220 fighter with history or gassing. Ruiz could do 20 round fights.

Yeah you clearly have never had to swing at an elusive defensive target before.

Missing and getting countered tires you out more than a big wide open target that you can't miss like an obese Andy Ruiz.

Ruiz is not stronger than Foreman. Not in terms of hitting power or raw physical strength. Foreman was built like an offensive lineman, Ruiz is built like the Pillsbury dough boy and has huge breasts and flabs. He isn't outmuscling Foreman because he's 30 lbs of lard heavier. You clearly haven't wrestled either if you are under the assumption more weight=more raw strength automatically.

You never boxed. There’s a reason why Dimitrenko, Hamer, and Joshua quit against Ruiz and nobody ever quit against Byrd and Young from exhaustion (Not even Foreman LOL!).

    This ain’t rasslin’.

You know for a fact I've never boxed?

Ok. Tell me more about myself. What's my blood type?

So your logic is that the fact no one ever quit against Byrd or Young means it isn't exhausting to punch at an elusive defensive target who is making you miss?

You do realize Vitali quit against Byrd right?

Tell you what, why don't you make a poll asking people who have boxed in this forum if it's exhausting to fight slippery defensive boxers. Then ask them how tired you think they'd be fighting a defensive boxer in a hot outdoor arena. Let me know how that goes.

You haven't boxed. This one is obvious to anyone who has. And the answer is not what those who kneel at Foreman's feet want it to be.

P.S. Vitali did not quit from exhaustion.

Absolutely, Mark. However, Ali at times really made good on timing, as mentioned above.

Absolutely. Wasn't Briggs close to Foreman's size? And George jabbed the **** out his ass.
