gotta remembe DeGale is getting close to 100k a fight. Also with that 130k in profit how does Warren pay the 20+ staff at sports network, that will be 40,000 a month.

 

When all you amateur accountants do all these sums (with all your vast knowledge of the details) why does everybody totally dismiss the fact that it wasn't 15,000 x £40. The very cheapest seats were £40. At least half of the seats were £75+

 

Tbh i guess the average seat cost is probably a fair bit higher. I would guess the gate was probably 1 mill at least and i also think that Sky probably paid a fair bit more for the Tv rights. But even on my low and weak estimate he makes a fair profit which if he had won would have been multiplied by 10 for his next fight especially if it was against marquez.
