I mean it's not as virtuoso as, say, Tyson's and lacks the fluidity of Ali's, or even Liston's. He seems to keep veering off to the right. But, just judging it as a cardio exercise, it seems to do the job. He's burning a lot of calories and increasing the heartrate. What more does it need to do?
