How good was Jose Pedraza at 130?

    He’s often touted as one of the better wins by some of the current top dogs, (esp. Tank) but I never saw him before the Tank fight so don’t have much of an accurate gauge on how good he really was.

    He’s seemed like a bit of a gatekeeper rather than a serious contender at the higher weight classes.

    What’s the word?

    Bit of a stretch calling Tank a top dog tbh.

    Pedraza was a world level title holder.

    Competent fighter. Nothing special. Gifted a title. Probably good enough to crack the top 20 in previous eras. Unlikely to have ever held a belt in most of them.
