How good was Marquez vs Casamayor?

Agreed with everything but the PPV. **** GBP and Oscar de la Hoya for ****ing over the fans of boxing. I, for one REFUSED to pay for this and watched a neat internet webcast. I wont pay for RING anymore now that OScar owns it, and I wont be buying any GBP crap.

But Casa and JMM put on a show. :good

It was a great fight. I expected a technical chess match type battle which I got. The combinations and counterpuncing were topnotch. Didn't expect the wild finish. That was an awesome bonus.

 

Great fight.. JMMs defense is not that great anymore. He ate lots of left hook from Casa.

 

Up until the first knockdown both were always in the fight. There was some good exchanges and counter punching especially on the part of Juan, I thought. It's hard to complain about a very competitive fight that resluts in an 11th. round KO.

 

Very good fight! A chess match that showed the skills of both fighters! Had me on the edge of the seat as I was rooting for JMM that night.

 

loved it. a fight both action aficionados and purists can enjoy. jmm is one of the best most pleasing talents to watch, i'd like to see a 3rd fight with pac.

 

People should even more appreciate the fact that Pac is 1-0-1 against a very skilled fighter JMM. :yep

 

For me it was a beautiful fight, but I'm a boxing fan. I'm sure half the people in here would rather see two guys enter the ring with baseball bats and brass knuckles.
