How good was prime George Foreman?

Young was in survival "holding" mode. Foreman was constantly trying to break the holds. Ali was holding too, but still popping away quite a bit at George's head. No doubt about it, Foreman had flaws. He should have realized how much he was exhausting himself in both fights.
