Very popular we know , but skill wise ??

Was he really world class or did he just beat B level or old fighters?

If Mayweather or Pacquiao wasn't on PEDs he would have been P4P number 1.

Maybe even if he had fought Mayweather 1 on 1, not a handicap match v Mayweather and Cortez, although Calzaghe did manage to overcome Hopkins and Cortez 2 on 1.

B+ or A- kinda fighter, good enough to beat the good to very good fighters but could only put up a valiant effort against the A level and elites.

thing is, if hatton had fought 43 year old Floyd and 40 year old many, he might well have scrayped wins over them and remained undefeated in the same way his fellow brit calzaghe did.

Nah, May still beats him even if May was 40. He's just better than Hatton was, ever.

The fight against paquiao was not a valiant effort.. It was a beat down...
