Well Hearns is bigger, longer, stronger, faster than Mayweather. It's a tough stylistic fight for a former SFW champion and the thing is Mayweather just gets destroyed. There is no doubt about that. But Hearns would have destroyed any SFW champion with ease with the possible exception of DLH.

Ladies and Gentlemen, ESB’s All Time King of Self Ownage has arrived. 15 years and more consistently wrong about all things boxing than any other poster. Pimp C is here.

Every week of the year on this site someone bumps an old thread and everyone laughs at how completely wrong you were about a fighter.

The fact of the matter is: JLC has always been very overrated and of course, Don King paid off Richard Steele to pull that bogus stoppage against Meldrick.

He got embarrassed vs Whitaker, everyone knows it. Even the Mexicans fans were booing at the bogus draw, you should have seen Don King and JLC after that fight in the post fight press conference as well as the initial interview, they were bringing up every excuse in the book to justify the draw.

This magazine cover says it all, that's all we truly remember about that fight.

Please bump the post where I picked Pacquiao over Floyd. You won’t find one, loser. I don’t bump your idiotic posts. Everyone else does because there are so many it’s impossible to avoid them. The sad thing is, this site is all you have. And you’re the most laughed at poster on this site.

like a lot of fighters he moved up in weight to earn more money and lost effectiveness v the taller fighters of the division

at 5.6 he was to short to be a great welterweight

but he was a great fighter

    at lightweigt

shane mosely did this as well
brilliant lightweight but to short v some styles at welter

pryor did the right thing by staying in the weight class he was best suited to

i was not a fan of pea at the time and i watched him in the all star los angeles olympics to his dlh fight/ wanted chavez to win but he was outboxed by pea .

his lack of power / mixed with his skills and abilty meant a lack of excitment in a lot of his fights with the exception of when he was facing a big rival.

Chavez busted up and brain damaged meldrick Taylor but ol boy sweet Pete painted a masterpiece vs Chavez. Chavez was getting bobbleheaded and was punching Pete in the thigh all night. Was going low and when Whitaker returned the favor acted like a lil leva!

One of the most exciting fighters I’ve ever seen along with the likes of Chris Byrd, Marc too sharp, bhop, winky wright, chicanito Hernandez.
