I find him pretty good to watch, he pass the footage test... he was quick, accurate, could punch, had decent defense.... but something was always off about him...

Tell me your opinion so I can weight in...

One of the most athletically gifted fighters that I have seen. He was blessed with tremendous hand and foot speed and was really strong for 154. His biggest issues were he would trade at the wrong time, had a bad chin and could be undisciplined at times as shown in his fights were he was DQed. Sad to see that he is suffering from CTE these days and lost all of his money. The guy could fight.

Supremely gifted athlete and an offensive machine. Great hand speed, very fast combinations, skilled boxer with an aggressive style. Power in both hands and he threw punches with mean intent. His defense can be average at times. His biggest issues was his chin which is made out of porcelain glass, his recklessness to unnecessarily trade punches and also loosing his cool whenever he hurts or drops an opponent to the point of hitting them while they're down, which has resulted in more than one DQ losses throughout his career.

Very exciting fighter to watch although his resume does leave a lot to be desired especially considering his best wins were smaller fighters past their best.

Terry Norris' rematch performance against Simon Brown is his best, most disciplined showing IMO.

Terry was an amazing fighter in his prime. I don't think his chin was always glass. I think that came later in his career. Most likely due to early developing CTE. I ran into him in Miami more than 20 years ago, and, thought he showed clear signs of brain damage. It was very sad because I always loved Norris as a fighter. Some people are just predisposed to developing these issues more readily than others. For the first 2/3 of his career, the only stoppage loss was to the hardest punching 154 pounder in history. Certainly not proof of a glass chin.

I liked to watch him fight
He had that same thing about him as Nigel Benn, you never knew quite what was going to happen with him.
His chin, especially the latter years, could have you on the edge of your seat, he could go down and be wobbled then try and punch back.
    Yep good little fighter.

Very talented amazing handspeed and very good power but I don't like the fact most of his resume is against smaller fighters who were past their prime. He also had a suspect chin and a suspect temperament the fact he needed 3 fights vs Santana says it all.

The Jr Middleweight division doesn't have a rich history of great fighters who spent alot of their career there so he definitely rates up there. But I'm not sure of his actual H2H ability against other notable Jr Middleweights because he did feast on alot of blown up Welterweights as I said.
