How good was the Korean Hawk/Jung Koo Chang in his prime?

    By the way, unlike, say, even a decade ago, most of Chang's important fights are online now, I think. So you can judge for yourself - though some may be in Korean so harder to immediately find. This includes not only title fights but some pre-title fights. For instance, there is a Youtube video of his fight against Alfonso Lopez - a former world titlist.

    Cheers me up when I see people praising the Korean Hawk. One of the best little fighters H2H and also one of the most skilled swarmers I've seen alongside Duran, Chavez, and Fenech.

    Now at least there are videos available online. It was even harder to defend fighters like Chang, when boxrec was all that was available, and everyone judged on official results alone! (This approach, among other things, mean that you take every decision at face-value - when boxing is notoriously corrupt in Asia.)
