I was referring to Vitali. People sometimes inflate Corrie too in order to make Vitali better. Corrie had great skills, and so did Tucker, but neither became what they could have, and fans of Vitali and Tyson, repsectively, inflate these men to inflate their guy.

Very good fighter who's drug use and knee injury messed up what could have been a better career.Had no business losing in the Western Olympic Finals in 1980 either, but that's another story.

No..Lennox Lewis faced a decent Tucker who had just recorded victories over Oliver McCall and Orlin Norris who were 2 of the better fighters in the division on and around that period. Those fights gave Tucker his mandatory position against Lewis and he was a live opponent and was 34 years of age and not 45 as you mentioned above.......

he'd also gone through drug rehab several times by then.

He was faded against lewis but not shot.

Only drugs, and Tyson, stopped tucker achieving HoF and even ATG status, best hw fighter of the 80s bar Tyson and holmes IMHO.

about corrie, yes he was mediocre but got lucky against a weak h2h champ.

but tucker had skills you only have to watch him fight. He wasn't far off outpointing Tyson with a bad hand too.
