    Hooker was never rated at 140, he just had a belt. He would get stopped in 3 rounds but porter couldnt stop formella lmao wtf

    He was rated in the top 3 at 140 at one point. The fact that a limited fighter like hooker held a belt. there speaks volumes.

    One of the guys who had it all physically (especially at 147) but not mentally.. That guy was the definition of mental midget and I see some of him in Teo Lopez just to be honest..
