How good was Young Stribling?

I have it, its a very good read, worth tracking down if you can find it

Pa Stribling comes across as the original 'Pushy Parent' and appears to have been a nightmare to deal with.

WL comes over a very nice likeable chap, who as mentioned above, always seemed to fail in the big fights, very sad what happened to him, looked like he was going to survive the accident (apparently he was a real speed freak) only to lapse into unconsciousness and die, had he survived however his boxing career would have most definitely been over as the car that he collided with sheared off one of his feet i memorie serves
