    I prefer Toney's style as well.

    anyone who says he doesn't find Toney at his peak easy on the eyes is lying

    Going into the fight Toney was the IBF 168 Lbs Champion. Jones was comming up from 160. Toney was the heir aparent to the pound for pound tittle held at the time by Whitaker, not Jones who was viewed as a future star at the time.
    Jones deserves all the credit in the world for this win.

    Not that it has a lot 2 do with d topic but Toney is 1 of my favorites 2 watch . Especially concerning d average duration of his fights that matter so he's p4p and maybe even h2h my fav2watch

    It was a very good win. You can only beat what's in front of you. Jones schooled another great fighter of his era.

    What, you mean that Toney didn't try to hit Jones as hard as he could? :patsch

    What's next, a boxer doesn't bother hitting his opponent unless said opponent is known for a "glass jaw"? :lol:

    Lots of fighters clocked Jones good, and guess what. Nothing happened until he was 35 years old and lost a lot of weight to get down. His chin at SMW is solid.
