I'd rate him behind all but Floyd.

Reasons? Why in you mind do Jones, Napoles, and Burley surpass him but Floyd dosent? out of interest?

I rate Napoles top 25, with Jones and Burley somewhere in the top 40. Both Tiger and Floyd are probably just outside of the top 50, with Tiger higher due to his wins and willingness to fight the best fighters.

Napoles, Burley, and Jones all took on better opposition than Floyd (less so with Jones, though I rate him very highly based on ability and dominance). Combine that with the fact that I saw them as clearly more skilled and efficient fighters and they all hold a clear edge over him. I rate Napoles particularly highly.

Indeed, Marco Antonio Rubio would toy with him and stop him early.

What strikes me about Tiger is how horrible he was. What a horrible ******* to be in the ring with. Whatever the relative pound for pound rankings of these fighters, Tiger was by far the most horrible.

He had dominant wins over Fullmer, Giardello, and Benvenuti when each was the reigning titleholder in his division, and he dominated legit top contenders like Fernandez, Carter, and Rouse.
