Well, Daniel Santos beat Marg with the loaded gloves.

But yes, this fight was a great win for Paul Williams, especially after chasing Margo for so long.

Margarito beat the crap out of Williams, blood everywhere, but Williams' judges cheated him like they did Martinez in the first fight!

It was a great win!! It is the most clever fight Paul Williams had IMO. He knew going in that he had to be careful bc of Margarito power and pressure but he used his legs going backward while still throwing tons of leather. After this fight I thought he was reckless in the ring assuming he could take punches from anyone. He tried to hard to entertain and truly believed he couldnt be hurt I guess. I still respect Williams and will watch his future fights regardless of the outcome of the next fight (tough but winnable)

    This is just ridiculous

Marg's wraps have been checked the exact same way (by the ref, and a member of the oppositions team) for every fight he's ever had in America.

He only got caught with Mosely, as more than likely, it's the first time he risked it. Probably because he thought he needed to to win

    I wouldn't call it a great win.

Margarito's lost to almost every good-great fighter he's ever faced.

Cotto was beating him pretty easily, until he wore him down.

a very good win. He kept Marg. from fighting his fight, and to be honest Marg did not have the small welt. he was accustomed to fighting. That was the big difference. A fascinating fighter from the past I would have loved to see Antonio fight is Marlon Starling. Margarito wouldn't know what to do.

No question it's an excellent win. Margarito was considered by many the most avoided man in boxing at that point, and Williams put a pasting on him.
