How Great of a 122er is Inoue?

I’m looking for people with knowledge about great 122ers and Inoue’s career to give their opinion on this.

Inoue has won 8 fights at 122, including vs 7 Ring rated contenders. He’s made 7 defenses, including 6 defenses of the undisputed title. His best names are Nery, Fulton and Akhmadaliev, but perhaps the best is yet to come with Junto Nakatani and possibly even Bam Rodriguez being possibilities next year.

So, where would you rate him? Top 5? Top 10? Top 15? What if he adds junto to the list?
