Tunney tends to get very little credit for going 3-1-1 against Greb, for a few reasons that I’m aware of: 1. By most accounts, Greb got the wrong end on at least a couple of the decisions. 2. By their later battles, Greb was clearly past his peak. 3. Tunney was the naturally bigger man. Still, Tunney should at least get some credit for winning a series over some people’s GOAT.
