    A good but not great heavy. Long and rangey but would never beat a prime great fighter.

    I'm glad i've never seen Akinwande-Nelson, i can imagine that to be the definition of a borefest!

    I used to regularly spar with Henry around Lewisham and New Cross in the late 80’s and then once again in 2000 after he’d been WBO champion.

    Henry Akinwande reminds me both in terms of fighting style and in terms of never being popular amongst the British boxing public to Lawrence Okolie.

    I don't put the word great along side Henry s name..
