    This may have not been the greatest fight of all time but considering the emotions, the story, the crowd. Manny was this unstoppable force tearing through the world, and Erik, the old warrior primed and ready for his final great show. The pride of Mexico was being tested. It just had all the elements that could possibly encompass why we love the sport. The fight itself incredible in energy and emotion. This may sound gay but the fight was truly beautiful, and something I will never forget. :bbb

    it was a ****ing WAR. Gonna make a highlight of this fight, I have a very good copy of the fight, it shouldn't be hard given how much action there is in the fight.

    One of my favourite fights of all time, which i often get criticised for being a pac hater because of this! my reason for liking it is because it is by far my favourite erik morales performance (more so than the barrera fights even) that last round just epitomises everything erik morales was about. great fight

    Being a Pac fan, it's also one of my favorite fights. Pac showed what a warrior he was despite all the things going against him in this fight.

    why wasnt this fight , FIGHT OF THE YEAR?? oh yeah...cuz THE FIGHT OF THE DECADE was in the same year....CORRALES / CASTILLO...

    1. Blood test for hepatitis day before fight
    2. Conned by his own promoter to use different gloves
    3. Self inflicted headbutt cut over his eye which hampered his vision

    Funny how these issues were not present in the rematch and 3rd fight where Pac KOs Morales both times. :think

    Pac was whooping that ass until the cut from an intentional headbutt in the 5th. Joe Cortez is a corrupt mofo that needs to be stopped from reffing these big fights.

    The cut was Pac's own doing. He rushed forward and created the headbutt contact (by accident) and got the worst of it.
