I think most people will say that.

It was a fire-less performance by both fighters, as sometimes happens when two fighters already know each other too well. From what I understand, their earlier fights were much more entertaining. Besides, Bivins was a hard guy to look good against no matter what the circumstances. Charles still showed his class and all-around ability by outmaneuvering him and beating him fairly decisively.

Moore had a somewhat weird career. In fact, he almost seemed to have two careers - one as a middleweight and one as a light-heavyweight/heavyweight. As a middleweight, he was always known as a talented contender with a lot of promise, but he lost in a lot of key fights (ie: Yarosz, Chase, Booker, Burley) and had other obstacles that hampered his career progress (ie: titles being frozen during the war, extended layoffs due to illness/injury) - the end result being that his middleweight career never fulfilled its promise. His two wins over Lloyd Marshall essentially revived his career and put him into the running as a LHW. The KO loss to Bivins came as he was making the transition to his "second career" and probably struggling to find his footing at the new weight.

If Bivins had gotten his rightful shot, a lot of careers would've been ruined.
