Hennessy would think Xmas had come early and would be looking for Froch & Witter to do the double!

Please Joe has just beaten bernard hopkins in las vegas and become ring light heavyweight champ. He may only have 1 fight left, let the man have a massive pay day against roy or pavlik.

Isnt Hatton signed to GBP? I think they are rematching him with floyd in england. I would rather see that fight first then witter hatton.

The way Carl Froch's career has "progressed", a fight with Joe is about 10 years away.
As for Hatton v Witter, I think all the taunting and baiting is more entertaining than any fight could possibly be. Either of these fights are unlikely to ever take place.

Still either fight would easily be a massive sellout and generate a payday for all involved.

In joe's case, froch vs calzaghe could sell out 50-60k stadium however not much chance of it being hbo ppv.

Jones calzaghe fills a stadium easier and gets hbo ppv easy.

Your talking 4m+ (conservative) difference in money from jones to froch.

Yep. That would be the current dream top card for most British fight fans. But the chances of it happening are non.

What would the under card be like?

    Ajose vs Lynes

    Geard Ajetovic vs Paul Smith

    Tony Oakey vs Dean Francis

    Limond vs Thaxton

    Paul Appleby vs Choi Tseveenpurev

    Matthew Hatton vs Adnan Amer

    Gary Reid vs Anthony Crolla.

:rofl Yeah, I know I dont think it viable at the moment for calzaghe with only 1 or 2 fights left. Imagine the americans looking at his record if he did, "so he beat lacy, kessler (euro bum) and old man popkins, who next for his legacy? RJJ? Pavlik? CARL WHO!?"

I think calzaghe beats him if it ever did happen.
