Wow. Either you didn't actually watch the fight (which would be ironic) or you don't know what "knocked cold" means.
I must be forgetting it since I don't recall it ever happening. I remember Lebedev's eye progressively worsening after rounds of punishment then him taking a knee due to the damage then the referee waving it off. Apparently that's what counts as being knocked out cold in your world. Come again about actually watching the fight? You must be senile. Where did I even ask that?
You were claiming it as if it was due to Huck's power. It wasn't. Ola was more than willing to continue fighting. That's called a knock down sonny. Almost knocked out would be if he knocked Glowacki down multiple times in the rd. Povetkin wasn't "reeling around the ring". I gave you an entire list of reasons why he may not be getting the results desired from his shots. Everyone can go back and see what has been posted so it doesn't look to good on you to lie.
Knocked cold. Took the 10 count. Use whatever term you like. When you asked how Huck can get more power on his shots. Why else would you want more power other than not getting the desired results from your punches?
That's what it mean't here. I was going to go back and edit my post when I reread it after posting it but I saw that you guys replied it like 5 seconds after I posted it.
What was the reason for the fight being stopped then? So Shavers didn't nearly knock out Holmes then? So he just decided to go for a little wobbly dance in the twelfth then? Uh yeah, except I never asked for those reasons in the first place. I asked how Huck could get more power out of his shot since you seemed to scoff at the notion that he was a puncher on the level of Baer. I've asked that question about five times now and not got a response. That's response enough at this point.
See you're an idiot. The biggest tell of punching power is knockout results. Huck is a professional fighter, he hits hard enough. EVERY fighter hits hard enough to knock another fighter out. Idiots like you think that punching power is the end all be all of boxing and the final determination of a knockout. It's not. You wouldn't make it in boxing amateur or pro at even the novice level. I told you what Huck could do to get knockouts. Is this not what you are asking? If not, then what is the point of having more power than to score a knockout? That is after all, the goal of every fighter. I gave you plenty of answers. You just know I'm right and are too arrogant to admit it.
Do you realize that punching power doesn't solely involve attributes that are easily visible to the eye? True shoulder snap power can make one guy punch 3 times harder than another guy his same size. And yet, shoulder snap is very hard to discern on camera, let alone real life. It's exactly the reason that punchers like Louis and Foreman have an effortless look to their punches. You don't see the explosiveness in the shoulder snap.
Interesting. I've never in my life heard of such a stoppage being referred to as knocking someone (out) cold.
