    Who else?

Margarito? He had no defense, and was a plodder. GTFOH with that.

KT? Kostya Tszyu? He was old by the time Floyd was at 140. Or do you mean Thurman? Thurman would get shut out.

Also, Williams had reach, but he didn't use it. What good is reach if you don't use it?

And Maidana was Willie Pep? Styles make fights, buddy.

Tony was as tough as teak. You needed speed, power, guts and an engine to beat him.

Tszyu is a modern fighter, though. On his best day 140, he beats Floyd at 140.

Now? Thurman has a live chance on his best day.

Bradley on his very best has a very live chance, think why Floyd never mentions him.

    Golovkin will catch him.

His output would still trouble Floyd, though.

Floyd was getting hit with shots by a slugger in Maidana. Those were just punches thrown with no accuracy or plan. Williams could put together combos.

LOL @ Bradley having a chance. Floyd would have the advantage in ring IQ, reach, and defense. Bradley at his very best wouldn't beat even current Floyd.

Except Margarito was even worse technically than Maidana. He was also slow, flat-footed, and like I said, had zero defense.

I bet you also thought Khan would have had a chance.

    YDKSAB.

I agree that Floyd is not the best ever because that is something that will never be determined. However, I will say that there is no fighter better than him, he is shoulder to shoulder as good as any fighter in history. As for Manny's resume being better than Floyd's, I do not agree as Floyd has taken roughly twice the titles from sitting champions than Manny.

    Jesus, you are dense.

Maidaina, who is dog sh*t, gave Floyd HELL. You know, a slow, flat-footed fighter with zero defence. What makes you think tony, who was MUCH bigger, couldn't do the same?

Bradley beat a better Manny than Floyd did.

How come Floyd never mentions Bradley? Bradley on his best day would beat this current Floyd. You know, the one that when he went up against a mindless slugger had to ask for a different referee in a rematch because he actually had to fight in the first one!

Margarito would HAMMER MM. Maidana would be up against a better version of himself.

You seem to make out like Maidana is someone as fast as Zab and as smart as SRL!

Khan's style is all wrong for Floyd, it's just a shame that a fighter with the brain of a gnat (something you'd know all about, having a brain that small yourself) is the person using it.

Stick to making topics like x vs y etc. That's all you're good for. Constructive conversing? Debating? Nah, that's not your strong point.

Sergio? you never batted an eyelid.

Margarito? A guy that offered Floyd out IN PERSON, and Floyd declined, you go mad crazy about.

YDKSAB - How old are you? 12? 13? Idiot.

Manny's reign spanned more divisions and he beat better fighters or better versions of fighters at the weights.

When Manny made Morales quit, beat JMM and Barrera - What run did Floyd go on as good as that, and in that run what performances were as good as that?

There actually is better fighters than him though. You say he isn't the best, then you say nobody is better. One or the other, bud, you can't have them both.

I hope he doesn't take it seriously. He can argue for best of his generation. Best ever is a stretch. Top 25 maybe, top 50 sure.

Manny lost the first fight to Morales, Got highlight reel knocked out by JMM and Barrera was 31 in their first fight. Manny fought for a lot of vacant titles which means he fought another fighter, not the champion. Floyd took titles from sitting champions including Manny.

Masterful performance by Morales in the first, but what was better - Morales schooling Manny in the first or Manny making him quit? Like ACTUALLY QUIT? This is one HARD MEXICAN we are talking about, too, don't forget.

It was only two years before when Barrera got the biggest win of his career, and went undefeated for the next three years...

What, the JMM that really should have been stopped after being down THREE TIMES IN THE FIRST ROUND?:lol:

People like to give Floyd more Credit, but in that timeframe he beat...

    Sosa
    N'dou
    Corley
    Brussels
    Gatti
    Mitchell
    Zab
    Baldomir
    Hatton
    Oscar

The first four aren't worth mentioning.
Gatti is a cult-hero, nothing more (rest in peace)
    Mitchell never fulfilled his potential
Zab was giving him all sorts of of problems
    Ducked Margarito to fight Baldomir
Oscar was way past prime but is an ATG
Hatton was a blown up LWW who didn't make a dent at WW, and Manny ICED HIM.

That, titles aside, DOES NOT COMPARE to what Manny done in that timeframe. Hell, even when Manny was at 147 alongside Floyd he beat fighters that Floyd wouldn't face (Bradley, Clottey and Tony), destroyed guys who Floyd couldn't (Hatton and Cotto) and didn't flight the dregs of the division (Berto, Guererro, Ortiz).

Manny's resume is far and away better.

An older Floyd beat Manny to definitively prove who was better. Manny would have done this and that ... this excuse, that excuse ... Manny didn't beat the guy that he's supposed to be better than

At the end of his career he tries to rebrand himself as "TBE" a cheap imitation version of Ali's "The greatest" whilst fighting Berto's & Guerrero's....and has his goofy team members shout "TBE" constantly pre-fight.

    Just embarrassing really...
