I've sparred with Shelley Watts before, who won gold at commonwealth games in 2014. Obv it was just sparring but with females it's more, there's no crack behind it, it can sting and whatever, but you have no real fear of getting knocked out, they can be fast and accurate tho. Think of Pacman vs Wlad Klitschko. He could land em and land em as fast as he wants and they'd hurt for sure. But it's not gonna drop him.

But then, Shelly was only like 60kgs to my 80kgs. So who knows if we were at the same weight!

Lucia Rijker was measured "scientifically" as hitting a stationary target a sort of crash test dummy, , and a live human "volunteer" harder than Abner Mares.
Rijker was an exceptional woman though, and Mares is not the biggest puncher I know.

Even a bigger woman is not hitting anything like a 112lb man, men are considerable stronger than women no shame in it its just genetics. The difference between a small man and a big man may not be huge but even between a small man and large woman the difference is big.

I too, had MVC in mind.

As he is so obsessed with attention, perhaps MVC should post some youtube videos of him being punched by several female boxers of various weights. This would enable him to finally put forth some accurate ****ysis!

Btw, the only "ring" he has ever been in, is his accommodating boyfriend's!!
