I usually do 6 rds of jump rope when I get there to warm up and get loose. Road work about 4 times a week (though that's usually on my own time outside of the gym, sometimes I do it there), then for specialized boxing training it tends to rotate between sparring then technique then conditioning each session.

We tend to go hard in the mother****ing paint. And also the ring. We go hard there as well.

Usually start with a warmup, then 3 rds of shadowboxing, then 20-30min of skill drills via shadowboxing and/or focus mitts. 30 min of pads or additional skillwork on bags. Sparring goes on after the shadowboxing and throughout the session. 3-4 rds of burpee workout or other conditioning followed by cooldown of whatever you like.
