lol.. Berto is too physically strong for Hatton, not to mention gifted. Berto is not the biggest puncher at 147 but I think he definitely KO's Hatton

i think at this stage of his career Hatton would be too fragile , but a couple of fights ago I would have put Hatton in with Berto , Collazo looked more convincing against Berto than against Hatton , and rememer Hatton was moving up 7lbs , when it comes to Mosley if he has any of his previous agression i dont think it berto last 6 rounds.

    That's debatable.

Hatton didn't look great strength-wise in either fight with Mayweather Sr, but if he links up with Kerry Kayes he can build strength back up to the 2007 levels.

I think Berto would win (probably by stoppage) if a fight happened right now, Hatton is as mentally shot as is possible IMO, physically he is no worse than slightly past his best.

At 147 his punch resistance would be slightly better should he do the weight right, getting down to 140 takes away too much fluid now with all the ballooning up and boiling down he has done over the past ten years.

lost vs Collazo and was given a gift, was out on his feet in the 11th or twelth. Berto would beat his ass unmercifully.

    hahaha, pillow fisted?
So Berto is the WW version of malignaggi? That makes a ton of sense.

Hatton has done more, yes, but He'd defintely beat Hatton, probably by KO. I think that's the comparison people are making, not who's more accomplished, but who is more dangerous in the ring.

you don't score a fight on the last few rounds. if anything berto's fight with collazo should have gone to collazo more than the hatton fight.

You should give Floyd a call. Since you have the test results were Manny was positive.

  10. Well, he hasn't been "turnbuckled" yet.

Hatton was able to push around Collazo, something Berto could not do.

  12. Hatton got his ass beat by Collazo. Hatton's face was a ****ing mess after that fight.

berto throws punches in bunches and prefers to fight in the middle of the ring. berto hasnt had devastating losses like hatton has because he hasn't fought any of the elite yet. i disagree about berto being the hardest puncher here he's fast and accurate, but i think pac and shane are harder punchers than berto.

resume wise berto is not even close to hatton, but h2h it's hard to say since we haven't seen hatton fight since the pacman fight. hattons style worked for him because he did have considerable speed and power, but if one of those are out of sync, especially the speed, he just going to be a target. i think at this point any fighter, whether boxer puncher, brawler, etc with some pop in their punches will beat hatton mentally and then the chain of events unfold. i'd say berto dominates him and tees off him on a tko if they fought today.
