Fighters today have a slightly higher percentage of fiber in their diet, making them far advanced in the art of pugilism.

For the fans, the Internet is a major improvement. You can download almost all fights, including relatively obscure ones, read all kinds of articles for free including instant updates on press conference pictures, weigh ins, etc. This larger exposure might also surpress corruption a bit, as for instance anyone following boxing knows about the scandale during Williams vs Arich, whereas normally not many people would know. You can wonder how much that helps boxing though, King didn't mind giving boxing a big black eye by that corrupt draw in Lewis vs Holyfield.

It's sad that we live in a world with more footage of Charlie Zelenoff than Harry Greb.

Not sure I agree with that, sure they didnt watch em lived. But they always catch the reruns of Louis's fights at the movie theaters. And buying a ticket for a movie theater didnt cost a arm and a leg. Louis, Marciano, Dempsey ete all profit from having there fights on the big screen.

Well he was responsible for Greb being blind in one eye,so a few choice epiphets are allowed I think.

His thumbs were responsible, but well placed thumbs with excellent timing.

Greb never dealt with power like Zelenoff has, Charlie by early KO.

Good point. Zelenoff may be 0-1 against punching bags, but Greb is 0-1 against access to film equipment for his fights.
