Not as good as last year. Has a small chance to redeem its self yet.

It was alright. Last year was huge though. Can't expect that every year.

Matthysse-Molina was a real treat though.

    Pac-Bradley II .

    May-Maidana

    Alvarado-Dinamita .

    Rees-Buckland

    Gonzalez-Kantun

    Stirverne-Arreola.

A lot of good fights this year. Just nothing massive. Lacking that one signature fight/event

It sucked for the most part. Last year was better and next year will be better I figure.

I think Garcia/Salka will be an extremely great fight, a war.

Not a bad year but a slow one.
What sucks is fighters like Danny Garcia wasting away their year and then you have inactive fighters like Fury and Ward, be it for one reason or the other.

Stevenson should already have signed another fight.
Wilder-Stiverne should have been a go by now.

But we luckily got Froch-Groves II, Alvarez vs Lara, Pacquiao-Bradley II and so on.

    Pretty good year so far. Froch-Groves II, Alvarez-Lara, Mayweather-Maidana I, Stevenson-Fonfara(very underrated fight), Garcia-Herrera, Matthysse-Molina, Khan-Collazo, Crawford-Gamboa, Pascal-Bute, Provodnikov-Algieri, Pacquiao-Bradley II, Porter-Malignaggi, Martinez-Cotto and many more I'm probably missing.

Many more exciting fights are yet to come as well. Mayweather-Maidana II, Pacquiao-Algieri, Porter-Brook, Khan-Guerrero/Alexander and others.

Fury is sadly a victim of opponents suffering injuries and Ward is a victim of a crap promoter/management. Garcia already fought a very tough underrated opponent in Herrera who many thought deserved the win and is attempting to try out 147 in his next fight which is a progressive move despite the opponent.

Not really sure about Stevenson, I wouldn't be surprised if he doesn't fight anyone till 2015. Wilder-Stiverne is sadly another fight postponed(or cancelled) due to Stiverne suffering an injury.

Cotto whooping Martinez was pretty nice. Shocking and satisfying to see him dominate so hard.

So far the year in boxing has looked like the usual "Ain't nothing on worth watching" HBO programming.

    Terrible match-ups with terrible results.

1 out of 10 matches actually are notable which is sort of the poor ratio you'd expect from allowing clueless network execs dictate boxing headliners/opponents.
