Bro be honest, when did you start watching boxing? You joined in Nov 23 2015, so was Berto/Floyd your first Floyd fight you watched? Do you not know who the **** Money May is? He's the best H2H P4P of all time. Crawford not on that level. Loma and Crawford would win 4 rounds MAX against Floyd.
I wanna know when he started watching boxing as well. He's always seemed a lil wet behind the ears to me
Watched all the big Tyson fights my dad and his friends would watch all the big ppvs I watched Floyd vs Cotto, Hatton, Alvarez all live I saw Pacquiao fight Marquez 2 and on I watched vitality vs Lewis live I watched Martinez clap Williams in the rematch Been watching boxing since forever
I think Crawford is a complete fighter I see Mayweathersque performances from him I’m a ggg fanboy but Crawford is much better much more versatile He beats people in so many ways He’s strong on the front foot and the back foot The last prime complete undefeated fighter that Floyd beat was Diego Corrales If Crawford beats Spence like I believe he will that further solidified my case
Benavidez looked quite a bit bigger than Crawford in there. He probably outweighed him by at least ten pounds. Even with the size advantage, I thought their physical strength was about evenly matched. Both guys were able to move the other man when they really wanted to. Crawford's strength was more impressive though against the bigger guy. The power, speed, and accuracy of course was with Crawford. As for the Porter fight mentioned by the OP, you need to have both strength and power to keep Porter at bay. Crawford has proven that he clearly has both at the weight. Crawford also uses distance very well and counters very effectively, especially when smaller fighters come into him. With Benavidez being so much bigger, Sweet T had to close the distance last night, a poor indicator of how the Porter fight would play out. Porter may be tailor made for Crawford given his style and reach disadvantage. Still, I won't discount a Porter win completely due to his tenacity and underrated skills. It will be an uphill battle for sure though.
He utilized his reach extremely well. And his counters were on point. Benavidez kept dropping his arms to bait Crawford in. And Crawford never did! He knew the counter was coming. Crawford showed extreme composure that night.
Yes, because he used to run around his opponents. Dude was always a stationary fighter. It was his biggest weakness. Name one fight where he looked like Maravilla. Ffs, it's not like he was limping in there. ****ing ESPN and their BS.
