    as far as I'm aware, they only have to weigh in at the official weigh in. HBO or whoever can ask the fighters to weigh in on fight night, but they are not obligated to.

    No rule chancge. It is for the WBO trinket and that boxing organization does not have post weigh-in weights. It is only IBF whgo does it.

    Pacman weighed 147 on the night he fought MARQUEZ...thats shows you killing weight doesnt help
