how high above my head should i hang my speedbag?

    The bottom of the speed bag should be even with the chin.

    Actually the widest part of the speedbag should be level with your eyes, you're meant to be punching up abit.

    I've been told the bottom of the speed bag should be at shoulder height to slightly above it.
