How high can Canelo realistically rank in terms of all time greatness?

Love him or hate him he’s very very good and has a lot of good names on his resume, the only guy to beat GGG and has been a world champion in many divisions. Still only 29 what’s his ceiling?

    2 is many? Ok.

He can do well, maybe top 100? If he dominates Callum Smith, Saunders and then moves up to LHW and becomes the man there he'd be in top 60ish position. But I think he gets pasted by Smith and is outboxed badly by Saunders. I can't see him doing anything of note at LHW

Most of his wins are disputed and it looked like he lost a lot of his fights so I don't think he'll be ranked very high.

He won't even rank as the greatest Mexican as Chavez will always hold that I'd of thought.Great boxer though nonetheless.

He will never gain the respect of the fans.

Drug cheat, catch-weights, dehydration clauses and dodgy decisions and so on.

    Somewhere in top 300-500.
    Lost to Trout
    Lost 2x to GGG
    Lost to Lara
    Lost to Mayweather
Arguably lost to Jacobs though i had him winning

Nowhere close. most of his top wins are controversial, hes not exciting to watch, confirmed cheat, has never shown any top of dominance, etc. hes good fighter who gets the benefit of a doubt in close fights because all the money he brings in.

He's already a HOF level fighter. Only time will tell if he manages to get to the next level a top 50 ATG or higher.
