^^ Super Middle would probably be his limit. He could pack a lot of muscle on his frame if he were moving up in weight, although his work rate would drop significantly.

Effectively? All the way up to 160.

Where will he end up eventually? At 168.

I can't see him keeping up his workrate at 168, but he could make it comfortably, I think.

Hmm 154. 160 i dont think he will be succesful at. Martinez is a small MW and he whooped PW there. No way he can compete at 168. The dude ran back to 154 after he went up to 160.
And he wants to fight at 147 really so that tells u something.

don't see him punching the weight at 168.
i think he can take his act comfortably to 160 though

Considering he just beat the guy who beat the guy at middle it is safe to say he could go to 168 and still be competitive. I think Middle is as high as he should go though. I think 154 is more his ideal weight with the ability to still go down for a big fight at 147

    160. He'd get his ass kicked above that. He'd probably get his ass kicked at 160 too if the current crop of MWs wasn't so poor.

ill be honest, i think paul williams is a good fighter, but as soon as he fights fighters at his height/or closer his style wont be as affective and wont have the height advantage he has now. the guy seems little overrated to me, even though everyone goes on just how underrated he is, the guy isnt hyped, that doesnt make him underrated.

160 is the max he should go. He also needs to stop playing with the idea of fighting at 147.

No offense but this is a dumb thread. I mean seriously anybody with a brain should know that above 160 pounds is too high for Williams cause even though he has the height, he don't have the body size to compete at super middleweight. 147 (If he can still make the weight) up to 160 pounds is as far as he could go to compete.

Can't be too dumb, there have been different answers given and it gives people a break from all the Pac-PBF related threads.

Have you watch Williams fights? He mostly doesn't fight tall at all. Williams loves to go to a brawl instead of using his height.
