How high could Pac have gone up in weight to win titles?

Pac started winning titles at Flyweight and then won his last title at Juniormiddleweight. Every time he moved up in weight he succeeded in winning the title. So we never got to find out how big is too big for Pac.

Pac settled in at WW after the Cotto fight so we never got to see him continue his rise up the weight classes.

Some people say that JMW was the limit for Pac, but I don't know. I think he could have gone higher. If you notice he won almost every round against Margarito and he destroyed his face. Margarito was just ****ing annihilated. Which makes me believe he could have gone to war with even bigger men than Margarito.

I think Pac could have won a MW title and maybe a SMW title if he fought a weak paper champ.

He had a chance of beating Martinez at MW. He had speed, footwork and power. He certainly gave several of the guys who beat Martinez all they could handle. So why not?

Pac knocks out Froch and gives Stevenson a run for his money. Stylistically had a good chance of stopping Lebedev as well.

I think he maxed out at 150-51....he possibly could have fought at the JR Middleweight limit without a catch weight to beat Margarito but we will never know....based on how the fight went it’s a safe assumption

We did find out. After the Margarito fight, he emphatically stated that he would never fight above 150.

No way he beat Sergio. His JMW title isn't legit anyhow.

Maybe not, but he could have beaten Chavez Jr.

Maybe Chavez Jr was huge at that weight tho. I'd have picked Chavez on size. Pac had no power at 147.. Let alone 154

    LMAO.

Pac was TOO small to take on the Middleweights. Sure he may be competitive against some, but he doesnt have the physical attributes to hang at the higher weights.

You pacman fans are taking things to the next level of stupid. Pacman for instance is a midget compared to Floyd Mayweather.

First of all, HE NEVER won titles in 8 divisions, never.

IT was truly 4 divisions, and some of those divisions were wins vs below avg belt holders.

Secondly, he wouldn't do squat at MW LOL. Paul Williams would have knocked his head off his shoulders, never mind Maravilla

There's good reason why he wanted a rehydration clause with Maravilla where he couldn't weigh more than 154 pounds on fight night LMFAO.

As long as he could fight an unranked faded plodder-style ballooning up with a cyborg eye and at a 150 pound weight limit, I'd say probably Junior Middleweight.

    Silly question...

His span of divisions competed in is ridiculous and unmatched when factoring success.

That's with a big effing asterisks. By the time he lost to Cotto he was so far gone it was pathetic watching him fight on stilts for legs. And the Martinez that faced Margo was very green. Both those fights are very much outliers man. The interesting thing though is how Cotto managed to time it capitalizing on fighting two cripples!

I’m talking prime Martinez and prime PAC. Where are the asterisks in my post?
