How high in weight could you see Donaire going?

Nonito Donaire is currently fighting at 118 pounds, he's 28 years old and stands at 5' 6".

If he cleans up Bantamweight and moves up in weight to look for new challenges, how far do you think he could go?

What fighters do you think are realistic future opponents for him?

126 and be competitive, 130+ if he fights on too long.

Definitely Rigondeaux, Arum will not want to balls that fight up like he did with Gamboa-Lopez. Possibly even Gamboa himself. Luckily a lot of the bigger names in the weight classes above bantamweight are with Top Rank so hopefully we will see him matched toughly cos he's a great fighter to watch

    I'd say definitely feather.

Donaire himself says he could go up to 130. Depends what the division is like at the time I'd say - can't see it happening for at least a couple of years (if at all).

Donaire is the ****ing man, hope he carries on with some massive fights in the future. Shame there doesn't seem to be many out there for him. Gamboa vs Donaire would be unreal.

Let's hope Maxwell starts a thread on a potential Khan-Donaire fight. It's possibly the only Khan-related subject he hasn't started a thread on yet
