How high up in weight do you see Rigondeaux going?

He seems like a pretty small guy, height wise and body wise.

His skill is ridiculous though and maybe that alone can help him with the bigger guys.

What fights would you like to see as he goes up?

His manager has said he won't be moving up - he's been at this weight, or lower, for 12 years and doesn't struggle to make it at all.

I think he'll just aim for the best guys from 118-122.

He could win a belt, likely at 130.

    Probably even 135.

Remember, Gavin Rees was world champ at 140.

Not saying he could beat all the top fighters. Just win a belt.

After all, if Donaire wins a belt at 126, I see Rigo moving up to kick his ass
    again.

However, note that his manager says there is no intent to move any higher than where he is right now!

...And still be as effective as he is now I say 126lbs would be the limit.
(Tho no doubt he could beat certain fighters as high as 130 probably?)

At 32 and a long amature career behind him. I'm not sure he has more than 20-25 total pro fights. I think one or two weights at most.

  11. 126 is probably his limit, but as of right now... he can probably pot shot and counter his way to a win over anybody up to 130. He's just too goddamn fast.

Example: Don't you guys think he beats Roman(Rocky) Martinez at 130 pretty easily?

Rocky would not be able to touch him, as he is much, much slower than Donaire.

He already barely has to cut weight as it is, he could probably go down without any issues. I think he's showed against Marroquin and Donaire that he's capable of beating bigger guys in a division or two above, both guys would've outweighed him by about 10 pounds in the ring which is a lot when you're that small.
