Yes, very highly. You can dislike the man as much as you want for the amount of crap he talks, his resume isn't actually the best for me he's only fought 2 guys. But 1 thing you can't take away from him is his wins over Wilder, they were emphatic. Wilder was undoubtably in his pop, a wrecking machine before he bumped into Wilder.
Do you think Wilder’s poor technique has any effect on Fury’s win? I’ve seen many people try to use that argument as a reason to diminish it.
No. In my view they were clearly 2 of the best, arguably the 2 best heavyweights in the world for the majority of their fights.
wilder cant fight. only reason he dont have more losses is cause he ducked as much as fury does. between the 2, they dug up every never was they could find, to avoid the real fights. i rate it very low, when compared to real champions runs.
If wilder couldn't fight Ortiz would have chinned him. Wilder was tired and hurt getting boxed up but the moment Ortiz also started to slow Wilder overcame him. A 210 pound skinny whippet man but he is deceptively strong and the hardest hitter of all times.
People seem to forget that before the first fight he was a heavy favourite to get knocked out and before the 2nd fight he was also favoured to get knocked out. Isn't hindsight a wonderful thing after a fighter put's in a tremendous performance.
If Wilder beat Usyk or Ruiz I would rate it very high. But hes impossible it happen for a half fighter like him.
