:yep Yeah...it meant nothing because Pacquiao beat Barrera at 126lbs a year earlier.

 

Pacquaio's career was pretty much over in 1999 too though after Singsurat, yea he had a few wins after, but who cares that he beat Morales, Barrera, Hatton, Cotto, Margarito? They were some good fights, but it all meant nothing really.

The way for Pacquaio to have really mattered was to beat Singsurat, which he realized he couldn't.

I can actually kind of sympathise with the notion a lot of Barrera's post Pac work was meaningless or at the least relatively safe stuff.
