How highly do you rate Shane Mosley's punching power?

I remember in the Winky fight Winky goaded Mosley and gave him free shots to the chin and Mosley still couldn't hurt him.

Overall, in terms of whole career, I would say 7.

 

Oh, certainly. You are very much correct. Im talking about the increase in Mosley's punching power, how he can knock out tough fighters like Mayorga and Margarito in one fight and not even faze say, a David Estrada in another. He was throwing at Tony very, very hard. But yes, the accumulation of years of punishment and a punishing fight took their toll. It looked in the first 5 rounds that Tony could hack it for 12. Then he kind of fell apart and got axed. The iron jaw got dented.

 

To rate Mosleys power I'd use his KO % instead then round it up out of ten... in which it's pretty damn impressive

Mosley is a good puncher almost great maybe an 8 of 10, but we cant forget that most of his power come from that speed. The shot that hurt Margo right after the uppercut that miss by a little was a very fast one, I think margo didnt saw it coming and that's why he got rocked really hard. Just my opinion.
