How highly do you rate Tommy Loughran?

Many times on here I just cannot believe what I read. Tommy Loughran was one of the greatest boxers ever to live. His resume is a whos who of great fighters that he fought and beat. He had fantastic all time classic boxing skills....all time jab, tremendous footwork, nearly impossible to hit cleanly on his best night. His only issue was an inability to hit with great power. Just like if you look back on what the great past trainers thought of Dempsey and Tunney you will hear similar accolades for Loughran. They did not speak that highly of everyone but they did of Loughran.

 

If he was from the 'Burgh he would be a no doubt top 5. As it is... Top 10.
