How highly would you rate GGG if he were to beat Canelo (officially)?

No for being one of the longest reigning champions in the history of the middleweight division.

What GGG is doing is unprecedented

ah i tohught you said that fight gets him into HoF, it read like that.

however it is true that an elite win will make 3G a bona fide elite.

I'm not going to argue your opinion, you are more than entitled...and I also believe Jacobs did well and could have earned a draw, but you win some you lose some. The point is that in fights where there are maybe 4 rounds that are definitive one way or another, that scores are going to vary. I would ask you which 7 rounds can you say GGG won decisively, specifically?

I said it cements his place.

He's already done enough to justify being in the HOF yet still there is no guarantee because of the draw on paper on his record.

maybe but i would expect HoF to be someone who sets record or wins a bout that makes them famous.

He still has time to do this in my view, watch and learn. my prediction is a move to SMW to take the top scalps there. Beware,Chunky, i say, you are just the start.

The trouble is his rivals in the division have waited to age him aged before they could muster the courage to call him out.

Now he's slowed down due to age, he understandably doesn't want to move up and down in weight and take too many more big fights.

The man is 35 years old for goodness sake. He tried his damnedest to fight all those surrounding him and not one wanted anything to do with him. Saunders is on record stating he'll wait until he grow old to fight him

GGG was in the same predicament Wilder found himself in the heavyweight division when he tried making big fights with Povektin, pre binge Fury, Parker and now Jenner.

You can't blame a fighter for not having enough big names when those same big names never wanted anything to do with that fighter.

I say, anyone who strikes that amount of fear through their enemies that they preemptively surrender before battle, automatically deserves legendary HOF status.

you are wrong, have faith, he will move yp and take former elite Chunky out followed by one final SMW scalp, the winner of the elimination, the ELITE of SMW ELITES.

WATCH AND LEARN. 3G has saved the best to last, obviously, thats why hes just fougth number 1 contender jacobs and elite Canelo. Thats why hes trying to entice Chunky for his SMW warm-up.

IMagine moving up from LHW and taking on Usyk. These are the scale of deeds I predict from 3G (not an actual move to CW obviously)

You get the picture. But I would not rule out a final move to LHW to destory Kov, Beefy or Chickenson. YOu cannot pretend it might not happen with someone like 3G.

It would be a solid win, nothing more. Jacobs is Golovkin's best scalp. It's arguable that Canelo lost to Trout, and Lara.

A real great would have beaten Canelo the first time.

Imagine unleashing a prime Nigel Benn on Canelo :eeek: His 6 round gas tank would be gone in 6 minutes :deal:
