I agree. The closest thing we have is the photo of Juan on his tip toes in the neutral corner with his back facing us. His pose was amusingly smug.
Marquez is not a "look at me" clown like Clay was. The way Marquez did it was epic and full of class, looking down and simply heading to the neutral corner as it to signal, "that right, thats what I ****ing came here to do." bbb
He earned the right to show a split second of arrogance. When Bayless waved it, I thought 4sho JMM was gonna step over him and pose or say sumthin. I'm fine with his victory pose in the corner tho. Just in the context of this thread, he'd have made a truly memorable image if up next to Pac on the mat and pumped his fist or sumthin like that.
A guy with such transparent integrity - and some try and scream steroids :-( This is arguably already THEE most famous KO ever, thanks to this fella..... This content is protected
you can't put the name j u s t i n on here and I noticed ****** Beiber in the link you posted, so I input it myself.
He ran, climbed the ring ropes, and lifted his hands to the sky and celebrated with the arena......and he did that only after the ref waived it off. Posing over a fallen opponent, much more over someone he respects like Pacquiao would have been a classless act. The way Marquez did it was perfect! This content is protected
Agreed. It was like he told all the critics/Manny/BOB/Floyd/TR "**** you with a big middle finger" Ran to the corner with his arms up to proclaim epic victory.
I get gosebumps everyime I see that gif. Mainly because I can really feel the frustation and all the anger of not winning letting go. Juan manuel marquez is an warrior.
