This might be a dumb question but I'll ask it anyway. Is there a protocol on how a fight is referred to? Examples: Is it Willard-Dempsey or Dempsey-Willard? Ali-Frazier I or Frazier-Ali I? Lyle-Foreman or Foreman-Lyle?
